Needle therapy to ease pain, boost energy and bring your body back into balance.
Acupuncture is a safe and natural treatment that can help restore balance, increase energy, and reduce pain. Many people seek acupuncture to support their bodies through both physical and emotional challenges. Treatments can be adapted for all ages and can also be used safely and gently for children, teenagers, or older adults.
Acupuncture can also help improve mental clarity and focus. Many people find that the treatment supports concentration and memory, which can be especially useful before exams or during demanding work periods. For some, acupuncture can also serve as a tool for reflecting on life direction and finding greater inner clarity and purpose.
Acupuncture can be helpful for:
• Low energy, fatigue, and burnout
• Headaches and migraines
• Stress, anxiety, and prevention of stress-related issues

Acupuncture for older adults — support for body and mind. Acupuncture can be a valuable supplement for older adults who wish to support their bodies and maintain good health. The treatment is gentle and individually tailored, with a focus on strengthening the body's natural balance and well-being. Many experience that acupuncture can reduce pain and stiffness, improve mobility and musculoskeletal health, and increase energy and vitality in daily life. In addition, the treatment can support mental clarity, concentration, and memory, improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance heart and lung function as well as immune system strength. The goal is to provide a safe and natural support that promotes quality of life, vitality, and inner calm.

Acupressure – Natural Support for Body and Mind
Acupressure – Natural Support for Body and Mind
Acupressure is a safe and gentle treatment that stimulates the body’s energy and helps improve balance, well-being, and reduce discomfort. The treatment uses only finger pressure and massage – no needles are used, but it is based on the same principles as acupuncture and targets the same energy points on the body. During the session, different types of pressure can be applied, ranging from light and soothing to deeper, more targeted stimulation, depending on the needs and area. I often work along entire meridians or channels to support the body’s natural energy flow.
Acupressure is especially suitable for children and older adults, and it can also be combined with wellness massage or moxibustion (moxa) treatment. Many people experience that the treatment not only supports the body, but also boosts energy and vitality, enhances mental clarity, and helps reduce racing thoughts and mental fog. This can provide greater calm, improved focus, and inner balance.
Acupressure can be helpful for a wide range of concerns, including:
• Low energy, fatigue, and stress-related issues
• Headaches and migraines
• Sleep difficulties and restlessness
• Muscle and joint pain, back pain, and chronic pain
• Pain with undefined causes, such as in fibromyalgia
• Digestive issues and stomach problems
• Menstrual pain, PMS, and menopausal symptoms
• Fertility support and pregnancy-related issues
• Allergies, sinus issues, and seasonal symptoms
• Tinnitus and eye strain
• Urinary complaints
• Immune system support
• Autoimmune conditions – can help relieve fatigue, pain, and inflammation
Soft, specially tailored treatments for older adults can be a gentle way to support mobility, musculoskeletal health, reduce pain and stiffness, improve mental clarity, reduce racing thoughts and mental fog, support heart and lung function, increase energy and quality of life, and strengthen the immune system and overall health.
Treatments are always individually tailored, focusing on stimulating the body’s own healing mechanisms and promoting both physical and mental well-being.
Moxibustion (Moxa) ▼
Heat therapy for balance and energy — a gentle, needle-free way to ease tension and get things flowing again.
Moxibustion (Moxa) – Heat Therapy for Balance and Energy
Moxibustion, or moxa, is a traditional Chinese treatment method that uses heat to stimulate specific energy points on the body. The warmth and stimulation help strengthen the flow of energy (qi), release blockages in the meridians, and restore balance in the body.
The heat therapy is performed by burning burot, an herb that has been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Burot produces a gentle, soothing heat that penetrates deeply into the body, supports blood and energy circulation, and promotes both physical and mental well-being.
Moxa can be used alone or in combination with other treatments such as acupuncture, acupressure, or massage. Many people experience a feeling of warmth and relaxation, and it can be particularly beneficial for:
• Respiratory issues and lung support
• Chronic airway problems, frequent colds, and coughing, including chronic conditions
• Psychological conditions such as low mood or depression, anxiety, fear, and worry
• Lack of energy and fatigue
• Muscle stiffness, joint pain, and reduced circulation
• Hormonal imbalances and menopausal symptoms
• Digestive problems and stomach discomfort
• Strengthening the immune system
The treatment is always individually tailored, with a focus on stimulating the body's natural energy, restoring balance, and promoting health, vitality, and well-being.

Massage therapy is a therapeutic approach that works with the muscles, fascia and soft tissues to reduce pain and tension, improve mobility and support the body's natural recovery.
Each treatment is individually adapted to your needs, using a combination of techniques selected according to your body and the areas requiring attention. Depending on your needs, treatment may include deep tissue massage, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage and relaxing massage.
A variety of therapeutic techniques may be used, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, BLT (Balanced Ligamentous Tension) and other hands-on techniques. These methods can help address muscular tension, stiffness, restricted movement and areas of pain or discomfort, while also promoting relaxation and improved body awareness.
The treatment considers the body as a whole rather than focusing only on the area where symptoms are felt. The aim is to provide a personalized treatment that can relieve pain, release tension, improve movement and help the body return to greater balance and ease.

MediYoga – A Gentle Path to Balance and Wellbeing
MediYoga is based on Kundalini yoga and was developed as a rehabilitative form of yoga. Scientific research suggests that MediYoga may help improve sleep, regulate blood pressure, support hormonal balance, and reduce back and neck pain and headaches. It draws on knowledge and research into how to cultivate inner calm and reduce stress and pain.
MediYoga is suitable for everyone, especially those who wish to reduce mental and physical stress and improve their energy levels and overall wellbeing.
We focus on different systems in the body, including the cardiovascular and lymphatic systems. Through gentle exercises, we work to support balance in the hormonal and immune systems, help the body recover from burnout, and promote restful sleep.
Each session begins with centering and breathing exercises, followed by gentle, flexible movements repeated for 1–3 minutes. We pause for breathing between exercises and set aside time for rest and meditation. The session concludes with a long, deeply relaxing relaxation period.
The practice is calm and unhurried, giving you time and space to focus on yourself and your individual needs.
As you move through the exercises, rest, and meditate, you will gradually reconnect with your breath and settle into the present moment. The mantras (yogic chants) have a soothing effect on the body and mind. Their sounds and vibrations stimulate the senses and emotions, resonating throughout the body and helping to create a sense of harmony and balance.

This is a gentle, highly adapted course designed to meet your individual needs. We practise slow, flowing movements performed while seated in a chair. Controlled breathing is central to Qigong, and we focus on slow, deep breaths synchronised with the movements.
Our exercises aim to support healthy blood and lymph circulation, promote heart and lung function, gently strengthen the muscles, improve flexibility in the joints and spine, and restore the flow of energy throughout the body.
What is Qigong?
The word Qigong combines qi (life energy) and gong (work or skill), reflecting the practice's aim of cultivating and developing one's vital energy.
Qigong is an ancient, holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and mental focus to promote overall wellbeing and harmony between body, mind, and spirit. It has been an integral part of traditional Chinese medicine and culture for centuries, with a history spanning more than 4,000 years.
Qigong incorporates gentle, flowing movements and stationary postures. These practices aim to open the body's energy pathways, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness.
Regular practice may help reduce stress and encourage relaxation. Qigong exercises can also support improvements in balance, flexibility, and posture. The practice is often used as part of pain management and can complement other forms of physical activity.
By cultivating the flow of qi throughout the body, Qigong aims to enhance vitality and reduce feelings of fatigue. Its emphasis on mental calm and mindfulness may also support cognitive function and emotional wellbeing.
Some studies suggest that Qigong may be beneficial as a complementary practice for people living with chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and arthritis.

The wisdom of plants, used to support your body's natural balance.
Herbal therapy (phytotherapy) is the use of medicinal plants to support your body's natural balance, vitality and wellbeing.
It's rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, blended with herbal knowledge from Europe, Asia and other traditions where plants have been used for generations.
In Chinese medicine, herbs are chosen for you as a person, not just for a single symptom — different plants are thoughtfully combined into a personal formula, each one contributing to the overall balance.
It pairs well with acupuncture and massage, for a gentle, individualized approach that looks at you as a whole person — the wisdom of plants, guided by tradition and tailored to you.

Aromatherapy – the therapeutic power of plants
Aromatherapy – the therapeutic power of plants
Aromatherapy incorporates pure essential oils extracted from aromatic plants into the treatment to enhance its therapeutic effects and overall experience.
Different essential oils have different properties and can be selected according to the needs of the individual. Some are traditionally used to ease muscular tension, soothe discomfort and support relaxation, while others have refreshing and invigorating qualities.
Peppermint and eucalyptus, for example, provide a cooling, refreshing sensation and are traditionally used to support clear and comfortable breathing. Lavender and marjoram are valued for their calming and relaxing qualities and can be particularly suitable for tense muscles and stress. Rosemary has a warming, stimulating character and is traditionally used to support circulation and relieve feelings of muscular stiffness.
Used during massage, essential oils combine the therapeutic qualities of plants with the benefits of touch, creating a treatment that can help the body release tension, relax the muscles and experience greater comfort and ease.
The choice of oils is adapted to the individual and the purpose of the treatment.

Healing & Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy is a gentle approach that focuses on the connection between the body, mind and nervous system. Rather than working only with thoughts or symptoms, the treatment brings attention to how experiences, stress and emotions can be held and expressed in the body.
Through mindful awareness, gentle touch, breathing, movement and deep relaxation, the body is given space to release tension and return to a greater sense of balance. The approach can support relaxation, emotional regulation, body awareness and a deeper connection with oneself.
Healing sessions are individually adapted to your needs and may be combined with massage, acupuncture, acupressure or other therapeutic techniques. The aim is to create a safe and supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body and allow the natural healing processes to unfold.

Cupping Therapy ▼
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a traditional treatment rooted in Chinese Medicine, where it has been used for centuries as part of a holistic approach to supporting the body and promoting balance.
Specially designed cups are placed on the skin to create gentle or stronger suction. Cupping is traditionally used to stimulate circulation, release muscle tension, reduce pain and promote relaxation. It is also traditionally applied to the chest and upper back to support easier breathing and relieve feelings of tightness associated with respiratory complaints.
Cupping can be particularly useful for areas that feel tight, stiff or overloaded, such as the back, shoulders, neck and legs. It may also be incorporated into treatments focused on circulation and respiratory well-being.
The treatment can be combined with massage, myofascial release, acupuncture and other therapeutic techniques, with the placement and intensity of the cups adapted to each individual.
Temporary circular marks or bruising may appear after treatment and usually fade naturally within several days.
